Purpose

This Legal Notice regulates the access and use of the web portal that ZRU makes available free of charge to Internet users.

Access to it implies full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions contained in this notice in the version published by ZRU at the time said access occurs. Therefore, the user must carefully read this text on each of the occasions in which they intend to use the portal, as it may undergo modifications.

The purpose of the portal is to disseminate information about the services offered by ZRU as well as to enable the use and contracting of said services.

The use, contracting and/or provision of the services are governed by the sales and specific conditions provided for them, and therefore these conditions may replace, complete and/or modify this notice. Therefore, prior to using or contracting these services, the user must also carefully read the corresponding sales and specific conditions.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The design of the portal, its source codes, logos, trademarks and other distinctive signs, texts, drawings, software, photographs, videos, sounds, databases, indexes, images, expressions and information and, in general, any other creation protected by national regulations and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property (hereinafter, collectively, the "contents") that appear on it, are owned by ZRU or third-party companies and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights.

It is prohibited to modify, copy, reproduce, publicly communicate, transform or distribute in any way all or part of the contents included in the portal, for public or commercial purposes, without the prior, express and written authorization of ZRU or the owner of the corresponding rights.

The user's access and navigation through the portal shall not be understood as a waiver, transmission, license or total or partial assignment of the aforementioned rights by ZRU.

No license of use is granted to the user on commercial or registered trademarks, logos, trade names and other distinctive signs.

Access and use of the portal

Access to the portal is free and open.

However, some services provided on the portal by ZRU or third parties may be subject to payment. In these cases, the sales and specific conditions set forth therein will apply, as indicated in the previous section entitled "Purpose".

Mere access to the portal does not imply, in itself, the establishment of any type of commercial link or relationship between ZRU and the user, except when established in such a way and the user has met the requirements that may be determined.  

The use of the portal does not generally require prior subscription or user registration, without prejudice to the fact that to access the use, contracting or provision of services, the completion of the corresponding user registration may be required beforehand.

In the previous case, the user guarantees the veracity and authenticity of the information communicated as a result of subscribing to those services that require registration and also undertakes to keep said information updated. The user will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for the damage caused to ZRU or third parties by the information provided.

Likewise, if as a consequence of the registration the user must safeguard a password, they commit to its diligent use and to maintaining confidentiality about it. Therefore, the user is solely responsible for the custody and use of said password, and must notify ZRU immediately of any event that allows the misuse of identifiers and/or passwords, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access to them by third parties, in order to proceed with their immediate cancellation. Until such events are communicated, ZRU will be exempt from any liability that may arise from the improper use of identifiers or passwords by unauthorized third parties.

Access and use of the portal and, where applicable, the contracting of services that may be offered on it, is the exclusive responsibility of the user, who undertakes to observe the indications offered at all times by ZRU.

The user undertakes to use the contents, products and services in a diligent, correct and lawful manner.

Exclusion of warranties and liability

For the information, content and services hosted on the portal

ZRU does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the portal, services and/or its contents, and therefore shall not be liable in any case for damages or losses of any nature that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the same, or for failures in accessing the different pages of the portal or those from which the services are provided.

ZRU states that it has adopted all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of technology, to guarantee the operation of the portal and avoid the existence and/or transmission of viruses and other harmful components to users, but does not guarantee nor is responsible for the absence of said viruses and other harmful components on the portal or on the server that supplies it, nor for the invulnerability of the portal and/or the inexpugnability of the security measures adopted on it.

ZRU will not be responsible for the use that third parties make of the information published on the portal, nor for the damage suffered or economic losses that, directly or indirectly, produce or may produce economic, material or data damage, caused by the use of said information or the use of services.

ZRU reserves the right to make changes to the portal without prior notice, in order to keep the information, products, services or the design of the portal updated.

For the information, content and services hosted outside the portal

The portal makes available to users technical link devices, directories and search tools (such as, among others, links, banners, etc.) that allow access to web pages or sites belonging to and/or managed by third parties with the sole purpose of facilitating users' search and access to information, content and services available on the Internet.

ZRU does not assume any responsibility for the information and content existing on said third-party web pages, but undertakes to remove links in the event of becoming aware of the existence of illegal content or content that damages the rights of third parties. Users can contact ZRU, using the contact details provided for this purpose in this notice, to report the existence of such content if found.

Any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the presence of viruses or other harmful elements in the services or pages provided by third parties is expressly excluded.

Placing links to any of the pages of this portal from web pages that go against morality, public order and current legislation is prohibited.

If an entity or user wishes to place a link from an external web page to any of the web pages of this portal, they must contact ZRU to obtain its express and written consent.  

Privacy Policy

ZRU, whose identification and contact details are set out at the beginning of this Legal Notice, collects and treats the personal data indicated below for the purposes likewise indicated.

The collection and processing of said data is carried out in complete subjection to what is established in the current regulations on data protection, and in accordance with what is provided in this section which forms an integral part of this Legal Notice.

Rights of data subjects

To exercise their rights, data subjects can contact ZRU in writing via email or at the address indicated in this Notice. A copy of their ID card or equivalent identification document must be attached to said communication.

You have the following rights:

• Access: consult ZRU on whether it is processing your personal data

• Rectification: in the event that your data is incorrect.

• Erasure.

• Request limitation of treatment: it would only be kept by ZRU for the exercise or defense of claims.

• Object to processing: ZRU would stop processing your data unless there are legitimate or compelling reasons or it must exercise the defense of potential claims.

• Data portability: ZRU would deliver the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. If you request its transmission to another data controller, it will likewise comply with said request.

ZRU DOES NOT make individual decisions based solely on automated processing 

You can also withdraw consent for any specific purpose at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Personal data

ZRU collects and treats the following personal data:

Information provided by the user: data that the user provides through contact forms or when subscribing to, using or contracting any of the services made available to them by ZRU. The following may be required: your name, surname, email, contact telephone number etc.

Automatic information: when visiting the portal, ZRU obtains and keeps the domain name of the provider (ISP) and/or IP address that gives them access to the network, the date and time of access to the portal or services, the Internet address from which the link directing to our portal originated, the number of daily visitors and the frequency with which they use the components of the services in each case. This allows us to provide information, research and advisory services, including comparative evaluations. This data is only collected in aggregate form. Additionally, we may provide statistical information to our partners about how our clients, collectively, use the portal and services. This information may be shared so that our partners also understand how often users use the components of the services and can, likewise, provide optimized services.

Information from other sources to provide personalized services: ZRU may receive information from other sources and add it to the information it keeps about you.

Purposes and legitimacy

ZRU collects the aforementioned data for the following purposes:  

- Efficiently and with quality provide information, products and/or services

- Manage your requests for information

- Control and manage access, use of the portal and contracting of services

- Manage administrative tasks

- Conduct statistical studies

- Offer you related offers and promotions

Time during which data will be kept

ZRU will not keep the personal data collected for longer than necessary to comply with the purposes indicated above.

In cases where the data has been collected for the execution of a contractual obligation, it will be kept for the time during which any type of liability derived from the legal relationship or the execution of the contract or agreement in question may be demanded.

In any case, the data will be kept as long as a legal provision obliges us to do so.

Security measures

ZRU has a firm commitment to the security of the data it treats and stores, and therefore has adopted the necessary organizational and technical measures to prevent alteration, loss and unauthorized access to personal data.

Specifically, ZRU has limited the attributions for data access, exclusively allows said access with identification and password, makes backup copies and keeps them secure, among other measures.

Data transfer

ZRU may transfer the personal data it collects and treats to third parties.

Third parties will be understood as: companies belonging to the business group in which ZRU is included.

You may explicitly refuse the transfer of your personal data at the time of subscribing to our service or in the established contact forms by checking the corresponding box. You can also write to us at the addresses confirmed in this Notice.

In any case, when sharing your personal data with third parties we explicitly require them to comply with current legislation on the protection of personal data and with ZRU's privacy policy.

International Data Transfers

ZRU does not transfer data outside the territory of the European Union.

Links to third-party pages

As we have already mentioned, ZRU makes links to third-party pages or portals available to users. The privacy policies and the effective treatment of personal data carried out by these third parties is completely external to ZRU and you must exercise extreme caution when navigating through said portals and/or contracting products and services offered. Likewise, it is your responsibility and your decision to accept their policies in this matter.

Confidentiality

The data collected from users will be treated with extreme confidentiality and will be incorporated into files for which ZRU is responsible.

Minors

This portal, its information, content, services and/or products offered through it are NOT directed at minors under 18 years of age.

If ZRU becomes aware of or suspects the registration of a minor under 18 years of age, it will immediately proceed to cancel said registration and prevent access or use of the products, services or content corresponding to said person.

Applicable Law

This Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, as well as the rest of the specific conditions and any other matter related to the products and/or services contained in ZRU's portal, are governed in each and every one of their terms by Spanish Law.
